However, if you receive an incorrect or damaged product, we are here to help. Please review the policy below to understand how we manage returns and refunds.
Wrong Product Received
If you happen to receive the wrong product, we will arrange a free pickup from your address. Once the returned item is received and verified at our facility, we will either dispatch the correct product or issue a full refund within seven working days.
To qualify for a replacement or refund, the product must be unused, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging. All accompanying items, including receipts, labels, tags, warranty cards, and accessories, must be included with the return. Products that show signs of use, damage, or missing components will not be eligible for a refund or replacement.
Damaged Product Received
If your order arrives damaged, you may request a refund or replacement. To process your claim, we require clear video proof of the damage as evidence. We strongly recommend recording a video while unboxing your package directly from its delivery packaging. This helps us confirm that the damage occurred during transit.
Refund or replacement requests without proper video proof, or videos recorded after the product has been unboxed, cannot be accepted. Once the claim is verified, your refund or replacement will be processed within seven working days. Our goal is to make the resolution process smooth, transparent, and fair for all our customers.
