At JamaServices, we strive to make your shopping experience seamless — from checkout to delivery. Every order is carefully packed and shipped to your desired location with care and attention. Shipping is free on all orders above PKR 10,000, and any applicable charges will be clearly displayed at checkout before you confirm your purchase.

Most orders are delivered within 2 to 4 business days, depending on your location. Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a Shipping Confirmation email with your tracking number, allowing you to follow your package’s journey. Please allow up to 2 business days after placing your order to receive this confirmation.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days. Orders placed after Friday 12 PM or during official holidays will be processed on the next working day. You will receive an update once your order has been packed and shipped.

Delivery Time

Standard delivery typically takes 2 to 4 business days, depending on your city or region. A tracking link will be provided via email once your order is shipped. Please allow up to 2 business days after placing your order for the tracking details to become active.

Shipping Charges

We offer free shipping on all orders above PKR 10,000. For orders below this amount, shipping charges will be automatically calculated and shown at checkout before you make your payment.

Currently, JamaServices delivers across Pakistan. Please make sure all shipping details provided are accurate and complete. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.

If your order arrives damaged or is lost during transit, please contact us at info@jamaservices.com within 48 hours of delivery or the expected delivery date. Our support team will investigate the issue and arrange a replacement or refund if the claim is verified.

International Shipping

At this time, JamaServices does not offer international shipping. We currently serve customers within Pakistan only.
